After having bad experiences with dealerships with previous Volkswagen's I've owned in the past, I've stayed clear. After having my recall done on my polo and dealing with Robert in the service department, I can honestly say my opinion has completely changed. I had a few issues I was concerned about with my car and Robert went above and beyond to get them rectified. Very happy with my experience at Waverley Volkswagen and will be coming back for future servicing!!
